okay, so I keep hearing about putting garlic in with the food. I'm not sure what I need to be feeding my fish. I alternate between cyclops, reef plankton, and brine shrimp (all are frozen) and flake food. at the fish store I see them with big bowls of mush that they are mixing up... help please

ok so its been a month now of me trying to get my baby hippo tang to eat nori, he wont do it. ive tried every method known to man and he still wont fall for it.
so instead of polluting my tank with uneaten nori any longer ive decided to throw in the towel. he dont want it then thats his problem...

I understand there is a frozen form of food for feeding fish... just wondering if feeding this type of food could be used as a staple source of food for all types of fish and corals?
i have a very fussy baby hippo(regal) tang. hes about 2", very healthy, great appatite, outgoing etc.
problem is he doesnt really like nori. i have to get him really hungry before he can take even a tiny bite, then when he gets a tiny bite or two hes done with it.
i soak the nori with garlic...
the guy at the lfs was being coky and said (to me) if you can come up with a question that relates to saltwater fish or coral or saltwater fish tanks that i cant answer ill give you a 100$ store credit
