    I tested my tank with a multimeter because I was feeling little tingles when I stuck my hand in. I am getting a constant 15 volts. When I unplug my heaters it drops a bit as well as with power heads. When I unplug my mag 9.5 the voltage drops to like 5 volts. Is this normal?
