I had my tank drilled at the LFS, but it wasn't until after that I realized he used a 42mm drill, resulting in quite a big hole. The reason I wanted it drilled was to add a spigot for water changes. I was looking to add a beverage dispenser replacement spigot, but the whole is WAY too...
So I've become a regular at my local LFS and he sold me a 30 gallon drilled tank all black out side really sweet. IDK WHAT TO DO WITH IT. It's a 30 gallon Tall with one drilled hole. I have a 55 Gallon tank is there any way I could connect the 2 I would like to use both as display tanks HELP PLEASE
Ive pretty much decided that I am doing the glass holes kit overflow box to the sump. I cant figure out what I want to do for the return. Does anyone have any opinions? Pro's and con's of drill a return through the back as opposed to hanging it over the top?
Thanks in advance for all over...
My 8 year old daughter and I have embarked on a 55 startup. I enlisted my father in law to help build the stand. It is nearly finished.

So a tank (60 gallon), I acquired is drilled on the bottom with a 1" bulkhead. I found this for sale on craigslist and was wondering if I could use is as a decent sump (i know its not too big but it will work for now.)
