curing tank

I was thinking it would be nice to get live rock for a nice low price, or even have the ability to use other rocks as a substitute. I was wondering if setting up a tank, maybe 50 gallons or more, with nothing but about 25lbs live rock and a few powerheads, for water movement, would work for...

I bought a tank two weeks ago.......tank stand canopy wet dry two pumps etc etc. 50 bucks....:) guy juts wanted it gone. Well anyways, im trying to make sure its safe before I put anything in it. He cleaned it with glass cleaner.....so ive got two gallons of vinegar in the tank with the overflow...
