cpr skimmer

I have a new bakpak RR (no bio bale). How do I get rid of those tiny bubbles? I've had it running about two weeks and I still have bubbles. My air intake is almost closed. I've had an ich outbreak - lost 7 out of 10 fish. So now it's fishless, but I still have shrimp, rose bta, serpent...

aight i dont know if its always done it or what but the skimmer is dumpin bubbles into the tank,,,,,,, dont know if im just seeing them now under the new lights or what...... heres what i do know........ when i first hooked it up had both maxi 1200 running and in the return chamber the water...

So I'm looking into a DIY skimmer for my 125 w/ 55G sump...found some plans I like but I have a question...I have some unused PH's sitting around...I think a Maxi-Jet 1200 is probably the most powerful of the bunch...could this be used as an adequate skimmer pump?

Ok here is what I have, 1- 150 watt coralife hqi with xm 10k and 2- 39 watt t-5 vho on an icecap 430 ballast. Would it be benificial or over kill to upgrade the same coralife metal halide fixture to a 250 watt with a new ballast? Any advice would be nice. Thanks Jberd

im setting up a 55g FO (no live rock or live sand) and the tank will be covered with a standard flourescent hood. i bought a maxi-jet 900, it has a venturi option which will burst air bubbles but im not sure if i should use this option? would it add more oxygen to the water? or will it make way...
