Hey guys , having a problem with a small colt coral in my tank. Its slimey and somewhat dead. I have a mature one perfectly fine and theres,another branch of,small next to the rock as,well perfectly fine but this one is giving off a slime. What should i do

I have a colt coral in the center of my tank and it appears to be doing well. Occasionally it will slime, today I noticed it had and I had a dead fish in the slime. Will a colt coral kill fish with it slime? Or is this just a fluke? Please help!!!
Can anyone help ID worms on colt coral . First noticed at night but now they on there all the time about 1-2" long white almost clear very thin worms.Only on colt coral dont see them any were else in tank.
