This worm was a hitchhiker that went into my tank with some live rock. The worm has not harmed anything nor does it bother the peppermint shrimp or nassarius snails that tend to crawl all over it. They don't bother him much either. I figured it to be a bristle worm but when I show others the...

So I set up my knew tank and I think the transfer upset my Puffer because he's not eating very much and a lot of the food is going to waste. Anyways. The other day I thought I saw a bristtle worm which really freaked me out, but it disappeared so quick I thought I imagined it. Then I was moving...

Hi everyone, I have had my 29 biocube running for a week, and I have noticed quite a few bristle worms from the Fiji live rock I bought. Upon a lot of research I am 99% sure it is a Eurythoe complanata, it seems this is one of the most common bristle worms. I've found several threads with...

This morning I notice a small orange thing on my sand. I did a little research and found out it is a bristle worm. I'm excited at the first signs of life in the tank. I watched it for a hour until it buried itself in the sand again. I have live rock and live sand in the tank. Is this normal...

Ok, think this is a fireworm. But not for sure. I've got about 3 or 4 this size or bigger that hitch hiked in my LR. Do I need to just leave them be for now or get them out? Thanks!

I am setting up my new tank, and moving all the LR over and cleaning it with a scrub pad, anyways the last rock was the worst I never kept up on, had giant brown shrooms all over it, so I saved it for the last. I went to start cleaning it and a giant worm was hanging out of it! The problem is I...

I found a few very tiny worms living in the sand in my tank. We seen them under our decorator crab when we were cleaning the tank. Will they hurt the crab, I thought that it was odd that they were all collected under his body? They seemed clear to almost brown in color.

I found this guy yesterday. I cant really see anymore unless I tear up part of my dendro. I was thinking it is a banded bristle starfish. What do you think?

I'm a new reefer and I found what I would consider a bristle worm on the cheato in my refuge. I've read that most worms are typically ok as long as there are not too many, but that there are types that are not so good to have. Do I have a "good" bristle worm or a "bad" bristle worm?

Found a large bristle worm in my tank last night, at least 6" long. Did some reading & it is definitely not a fire worm. Even so, is a worm this big a danger to my fish or corals? If so, is there anything I can put in the tank that will kill one this big, or do I just need to try trapping it?

The other night when I had my lunar lights on, I noticed that there was something darting around in my tank. After several attempts I finally caught the little sucker! It is VERY fast, aggressive and moves erratically. It zoomed by my bubble anemone and my clown lunged at it. It immediately...
