So after seeing my light blue stag start receeding from the top I inspected it and noticed one red bug...But I'm sure it's not the only one so I would like to treat the tank for it...Interceptor is the only way to right?

So I've been reading up on BB tanks for the past two years, and finally have a chance to try it out.
What I've got:
15 gal AGA
2x6055 Nano streams on a multi-controller
Tunze Nano skimmer
150W DE Aquamedic pendant with a 14k phoenix bulb
100W heater on a single stage controller...
these are the first photos I took with my new K10D - no true macro lens and these were done handheld with tamron 18-250mm, compressed with Picasa. I'm still figuring out the reef shooting, but the easier to photo, non-reef shots, have me excited about what I can do once I learn to use the camera...
since ive switched from my 14k xm's to 10k xm's about 3 0r 4 weeks ago..i started noticing like a burgandy algea start growing on my rocks and sand bed:angry:..on the good side of things coriline has started growing like crazy on my over flow panels and my shrooms been populating:D
New Frags with PIX!!! - UPDATED w/ 2 MORE!
Alright, courtesy of another local reefer, I scored some nice $5 frags (hope you scored too Skeety!)
Pictured are the Blue Millipora, Ice Blue Staghorn, some Purple Montipora, and an unknown frag of purple fleshed, green polyped Acro.
Heres some quick camera phone pics I snapped...no idea why but the colors come out so much better on the camera phone...need an SLR so that I can get colored shots that arent blurry :)
I just added the clowns yesterday...they were in separate tanks, but seem like they have already paired up...
Yo Yo... since my beautiful wife says "we have no more room", I am (ooops "we are" haha) thinking about moving out some of our corals to make some room.
My quest is to find a blue (not purple or violet) samenosis or a "true" red stag.
One of our members has a red stag (grow-out stage), but...
thought you guys might like to see my latest batch of frags ...
this all started with a trip to a LFS, that was having a moving sale. everything was 50% off (if you are a member of the LFC). needless to say ... I AM. i came home with 3 acropora colonies, an acropora frag, and a blue chin...
Ok so here is the deal. I set my tank up in a hurry about 6 months ago when my 135 sprung a leak. Because of this I didnt get to set it up the way I wanted. I now have 90% of my coral in a frag tank, so I will be tearing down the tank and starting over. I am going to do it right this time...
was wonderign if anyone had these corals hat they would sell me some frags of.
