another cycle?

okay so i was having an algae problem in my 20 g that ive had set up for 3 months. so i went through cleaned everything and found 1 of my bigger peices of lr had black all along the bottom from lack of circulation. so i took it out but at that point i was to lazy to clean it. so its been 2 weeks...
