So I'm researching digital cameras, and I go downstairs to grab a mountain dew, come back up here and resume researching. I go to open the soda, and at that point I realize I got a 7up instead. Oh, that sucks, so I go back downstairs (nothing against 7up, I just felt like a dew, you know?). When I take a look at my tank, I decide to go for a little night "dive" in the 90 gal.
Then, all of a sudden, something flies past me on the inside glass faster than a tang! "What the hell is that?" I say. It's some kind of worm, about an inch long. It's bright red, but with no bristles. It is so fast, that I lose it for a minute, but then find it again. I had a hard time keeping up with it. It swam from side to side, and I have no idea what it is. So this worm hits the glass, and I can see it has a suction on it's underside, about 1/4 of an inch long. It's head (it's front) has dark spots on it. It swims by quickly moving it's "tail". The thing that scares me is the suction disk, it reminds me too much of a leech. Any chance this thing is parasitic? I know this isn't the best description, but any ideas are much appreciatted
