Cafamore,
I would not introduce that much rock in your tank at once. Fully cured is not always really cured and you may have some significant die off from the shipping. I would keep the rock in the 20 gallon (you do need to put a heater in), keep good circulation and test for ammonia, nitrite and nitrates as you would with cycling a new tank. It would be better to put it in a larger container, such as a big Rubbermaid, but the 20 would do. You might want to do some water changes if the ammonia/nitrite levels get high.
I would not add the rock to the tank until the cycle is complete to protect your fish.

Hmm, Why did you scrub it for 2 hours? I'm guessing that it will cause a cycle in your tank. Will your fish survive? Maybe. The best thing might be to run to walmart and get another heater for the trash can, and put only a little bit of the rock in your tank, wait a week or so and add a little bit more, and so on.

The box said "Use Win 95 or better", I chose better so I run OS/2!
