i like the turkey skin

but only if its a properly baked turkey.
of course, i'm always game for the good stuff too, love stuffing, but i wont eat stuffing from inside the bird, that's just gross. corn, corn muffins, green bean casserole.
today we're having dinner at my aunts, and everyone brings a dish, pre-approved by my aunt :roleyes:
i made (and this one's for you cath)
Citrus Carrots
baby carrots baked in a broth of orange juice, lemon juice, salt, finely ground black pepper, crushed rosemary leaves, and fresh chives.
after it's done baking, (when the carrots are fork tender) then i drain out all the juice, and glaze with a brown sugar and orange juice glaze, then sprinkle with fresh minced chives, and garnish all around the plate with fresh lemon wedges. i garnish the wedges with a bit of crushed chives, jsut for appearance.
