    Hi Hop,
I'm writing from Red Sea Fish... and we're doing a rebrand and new packaging design for some of our products. Looking around the internet for amazing coral pictures, I was really impressed with your pictures! I actually have one picture I was hoping we could use, if you agree. it's the "lineofzoa_original.jpg".
The pictures will be used on product packaging and additional printed and online supporting marketing.
Could you please email me at natti@redseafish.co.il and let me know if we can work something out?
Thanks, hope to hear from you soon!

Hey mets. Once it has finished cycling it will technically be live since the bacterial population has been established. As far as turning pink and such, you probably wont be able to tell the difference between the live and base after about 6-8 months. Did you by any change cook the base rock before putting it in (IE placing it in a dark container with SW, a heater and circulation and do weekly water changes)?

I have a few pics of it posted in my build thread. Just search Hop's 300 gallon down grade. I posted a few pics in the last few weeks.

    Happy Thanksgiving!
