zoanthids
hi recieved my tank from a friend who didnt have room or time for 2 tanks. he removed all his coral from it before i got it. so all i had was rock sand and the xenia that he tried to eradicate, that some how started to grow back. my question is, i found a small polyp growing in the tank, and it has a really bright orange ring and center, and the mystery is, that my friend didnt have any orange zoanthids in his tank.
can zoanthids change color like this? or is there something in my water that may cause this change?
