Once your Amonia and Nitrites come down to a zero level (cycle finished) do a decent size water change and then start adding your inhabitants.

I have two Bumble Bee snails in my Nano. They are cool, kinda different and constantly scavenge on the rocks.

I would start out with the traditional clean-up snails, Astrea, Margaritas and Turbos. Add a couple of Bumble Bees later when your tank is stable. Snails are kinda sensitive to water parameter fluctuations and Bumble Bees are a bit more $$ than the other snails.
