Here is a picture of my Nano-Cube after the first day. I have been getting alot of different answers on what to keep in the filter compartment. Anyone tell me the advantages of what to keep and not?

Here's my 5g minibow. Right now running a 20w pc light with mod stock hood. (In the process of building a custom hood.) Has a 40mm fan. DIY 2.5g sump fuge. quiet one return pump. Custom built stand. Livestock include: Purple Pseudo., Kenya tree, Pink Finger Leather, Green hydno, candy canes, shrooms, 2 zoo colonies, green stars, elkhorn, montopora, ricordia and I have just a few red leg crabs & turbos. Been up for about 6 months.
Brandon built the nano stand and is in the process of building a canopy.
