S.O.S. overflow

Anyone have any comments on the Marineland S.O.S. overflow box?

I have one on my 50 gallon reef. Its the only overflow I have ever had so my opinion may be biased.
I do like how it has 2 overlow pipes in the outer box to elimate the chance of one of the pipes becomin clogged and overflowing in my room. What I dont like; however, is the overflow U pipe for a couple of reasons.
One is I have to start the syphon with a small plastic pipe. Im sure alot of overflows, if not all, start this way. The other thing I dislike is the build up of bubbles in the overflow. Over time these bubbles build up and can eventually break the syphon if you dont keep an eye on it. If I could do it again I would get my tank drilled. Also I like you avatar.

Thanks for the feedback.

I'm planning on getting a "Kodama" tattoo some day, to add to my others.
