PLease help
One week ago i first introduced my live rock, today i look into my tank and there is a rust colored dust over some of my rocks, i was wondering is this algae if so how do i fix it or could it be something else ?

It sounds like diatoms It's a normal part of the cycle it will go away in a few weeks

indeed. Diatom algae, a type of plant like protists, Normal due to the elevated nutriens and organtic compounds durning a cycle. Nothing to worry about.

But my ammonia and nitrates are at zero does that matter should i clean it or let it go ?

Diatoms feed on silicates for the most part. I would just let them run there course

Turbos are great but I would have waited the bloom will go away on it's own and then you will have 5 hungry turbo's.

What size tank? For now they will eat the algae. It's when the algae is gone that will cause a problem. If it's a twelve I say keep two and see if you can trade the rest. If its a 24 or something like that they will be fine and I would stick with just them for cleanup no need to add crabs(I personally don't care for crabs). Once cycle is completely done and you start adding fish they will provide enough waste for the snails.
