You cannot post an image until you reach 20 posts, but you can attach one. Use the Go Advanced button for a reply, then click on Manage Attachments and it will allow you to add the pictures you want.

what type of sand is that......ive been lookin for a nice black sand like that!

the kind i got just looks horrible in the tank!

Tahitian Moon Sand I got it from Drs. foster & Smith.

I have mixed feelings about it. It looks cool but it stirs up easily and does nothing to help buffer pH. It won't affect pH but does nothing to help keep it stable either. You definitely need to rinse this before putting it into your tank. There is a lot of dust that comes with this.

Yes, it's a Current 12" dual satellite. It's rated at about 36 watts.


The corals and esspecially the monti love it. When I bought that frag, it looked really dull in color and now its more vivid and growing like a weed.

The only thing I don't like about it is the fact that it moves around a lot with how the rio powerhead is set up. When I first got it, it was like a snowglobe.
