pH is a little low

My pH is reading around 7.8-8.0 and has been for about a week. Everything else looks ok, temp/salinity/ammonia/nitrate/nitrite. What is the best way to raise the pH a bit? It's a 12 gallon Nano with no fish, only soft corals and inverts. Live rock/live sand.
I bought a new hydrometer, btw, which is accurate according to the LFS (couldn't afford the $130 refractometer but needed something better than the Deep Six).

You can find Refractometers on fleabay and even online retailers for under $50 shipped! I have never found an accurate hydrometer in 25 years!

As to the PH, I use C-Balance daily to balance my PH & Alk. It works great. I check it at a glance with a Pinpoint PH Monitor!

I use a seachem buffer. Usually when I'm using a cheaper salt other than seachem, I'll add about 1/10 of a teaspoon to a 5 gallon bucket, mix up the water, run a test to make sure my pH is approximately 8.4. And do that full 5 gallon water change.
