Parasite?

I have a 12g nano that I'm trying to get cycled. It's been up for about 5 weeks and I just added some chaeto to one of the chambers yesterday. I came home tonight to find tiny white bugs crawling all over the glass! Anybody know what it is? Thanks.

It sounds like they are pods. Do they look like the one in the first pic? If it is they are good. http://melevsreef.com/id/pods.html

They are copepods, good things - - all your inhabitants (shrimp, starfish, snails, crabs) will eat 'em.
