Opinions on water flow for my 5.5

Hello all,
I'm getting ready give my 5.5 nano tank one last shot. I'm trying to do it right this time. I was wondering what you all thought about water flow in a 5.5 gal.? I'm going to have only shrooms, zoo's and maybe a small leather in it. any help would be great.

Thats what I use in mine. Is your tank a std AGA 5.5 gallon?
