nudi branchs

i think i have some nudi branchs in my 10 gallon nano. I noticed my popyples had closed up and have not opend for a week or so. I dont know how bad this is is but then i noticed some small nudi branchs on the polyps i looked up if they ate coral and i found that they like polyps. What can i do about this i dont want them to grow and eat the other soft corals.
