no fish, just cleanup/coral: feeding?

Happy Good Friday everyone,
I currently have a 12g JBJ NanoCube with no fish. The "residents" are listed below. I want to know what and how often should I feed the tank? All the water specs are fine, so I don't want to create too much waste in the tank by overfeeding. And yet... I don't want anyone to starve! I usually squirt a tiny bit of liquid photoplankton in the tank about once a week, and I have been feeding a small amount of frozen brine shrimp once a week as well.
I'd like your opinion on the feeding amount/frequency with what I have in the tank. Thanks in advance!

Here's what I've got:
-approx. 1 million copepods
-3 small snails
-8-10 tiny reef hermits
-1 emerald crab
-1 peppermint shrimp
-1 fuzzy urchin
-3 med-to-large red mushrooms, 1 large green mushroom
-lots of xenia
-green button polyps
-yellow polyps

oh - I knew I'd forget something! I also have a teeny (half the size of a dollar bill) BTA. He doesn't move around but he hasn't grown at all since I got him a few months ago, and he's never hosted anything. I'm wondering if I should be feeding him something different, aiming more food at him, etc. - although at this point he looks fine, he's never deflated and he's content where he is.

well with most tanks i would tell you nothing since you pretty much have a clean up crew that would clean your tank with fish but since you have no fish i would say some flake would take care of the hermits and shrimp and maybe the urchin will eat leftover flake but as for the corals i have no idea since i dont keep them. but they the shrooms shouldn't really need much care but that depends on the type
