yeah, i do think one is best..........i miss read your question and thought you asked about two.
a lot of people buy fish over the internet. some fish are better shippers than others, ocellaris are fine for shipping. They are very popular fish (the nemo thing and all) you should easily be able to find one at a LFS

1 other thing. Check the Reef Club Forums for a reef club in your area. There are some almost everywhere, and post some questions there (good idea to join). You may find that you can get a lot of local help, as well as good info on local stores in your area.

Don't get more than 1-2 fish (2 could even be pushing it). If you go to www.liveaquaria.com you can read up on fish in teh nano-fish section. I'd run your choices by everyone here, just to get their experiance.
For powerheads, it often depends on your aquascape as to how many power heads you need. but a lot of people that run a 10g have 1-2 Koralia Nano powerheads. They're great and about $25 each.
You may also want to read around in the Nano-buildoff (link in my sig). There are alot of people building 10g and you can get a lot of ideas.
Most important lesson in reef keeping.....BE PATIENT!!! nothing good happens in a reef tank fast. Ask LOTS of questions and remember that every here on TRT has your tanks success in mind when they give you any information............if ten people tell you not to something and 1 person tells you it's OK.....I'd go with the ten.

So you're saying all i need to make my nano reef w/fish is Liverock with corals, my inverts, my fish, and 1-2 small powerheads? Or is there other things i need to put in, too?

yes flow is from the power heads and light is very important for a reef tank - I was referring to filtration only in my earlier post

Okay,
so all I need, that's electronic, is lights and powerheads?
Then all the rest is natural?
Or is there other electronic things I need?

You're going to need a heater as well to help maintian the temp at about 78 degrees.
for a ten gallon tank a 50w heater should be good enough:

powerheads, light, heater. I think that's it for plug-in's

You can def but a blood shrimp in a 10g. They are great, mine ate out my hand, I loved it.
As for the water, personally i woudl make my own. You never know what is in someone elses water, or what their paramiters are. IMO the purer you can start out the better.
everyone has a different opinion on that one. You may want to post that question in the general forum, see what everyone else says.

That definitely doesn't work... unless you're on some Jimmy Neutron chemistry level. There are dozens of "trace" elements in natural salt water that show up in as few as 1 part per million. Saltwater is composed of so much more than just salt. Artificial sea salt is relatively inexpensive and readily available. You will flat out kill everything if you attempt to do this.... sorry.
