150,000 for a chiller? You can buy a multi-cab for that! Or get a ref and modify it! Thermoelectric chillers are about 15,000 with a controller here in the states, but wouldn't be good for much over 40 liters. Seriously think about modifying a ref. A big one could still be used for food, and just have a pump on the temp. controller.

actually.. the old ref style was suggested by the people in cartimar selling marine creatures... buy from second-hand stores and just pay for like additional 5000 pesos for modification.. you can buy 2nd hand ref for only 3000 pesos... just ask around and be adventurous...
