new nano questions

i'm setting up a ten gallon tank.right now i have a 29g. in it i have 4 chromis's a sabae clownfish and a yellow tail damsel. which of these would go best in a 10g. i also have a prizm protien skimmer and a bio wheel 330. which of these if any should i run on a 10g. and last i'm going to runa 175w mh over the 10g how high above the water does it have to be. i need to know so i can start to make the canopy.

yesterday I woke up and everything was dead excepth the star fish, my theory is that the anemone fish disease speaded, even though I though I removed the infected clown soon enough, guess, not, I did a fifty% water change and I'm gonna put 2 damsels for a while and see how that goes

-I never thought my 7g would be more trouble than my 170g

-what type of heaters do you guys use on your nanos?
