new 17g tank

hey so i have had a 14g bio for about 8months now and i just recently started a new tank. the tank has been cycled for about 3 to 4 weeks now. i check the water params and it came to be
ammonia 0
nitrate 0
nitrite 0
ph 8.2 - 8.4
i have 8 ponds of rock in there with xenia and a damsel now.
i was wondering do i have to acclimatize my original fish from the 14g to the 17g. this goes for my coral as well?

If the salinity and temp match on the two tanks I would probably just float the fish in the bag rather than mess w/ a drip acclimation.

Did I ever tell you about the time Brasky went hunting? Well anyway, Brasky decides he's gonna hunt down all four members of the Banana Splits. He stalks and kills every one of them with a machete. They all beg for their lives, except Fleagul.

the salt is about the same but the temp is off by a little bit. should i just let them float and add a bit of the new tank water to them? rather then drip

well, if your levels are reading fine and the damsel is acting/eating normally (and the xenia) then i wouldn't think it'd be a big problem. it might take a couple weeks (maybe with your tank size only a few days?). I have a 46 and my diatom lasted for a couple weeks before it went away...

my tank size is about 17g to 18g tank. and when i first got my damsel it was freaking out... but in the last couple of days its acting normal and it started to eat. and my xenia the first bit that i put it with my lr was weird looking. it look like it was withering and it was extended at first. that was about 5 days ago now the xenia looks healthy. its extended and flowing like what xenias does haha. so i checked the water everyday. changed it almost everyday. first couple days i did 15% change then 10 and 5. now the ammonia is 0
nitrite 0
nirtate 0
ph 8.2-8.4
havent check calcium yet. will tonight!!
and if all the water param stays like that tonight i think im gonna finish moving the rest of my rock and livestock over!!!

Not for a 17g.. The 2 false clowns and the damsels are the only 2 from that list that will fit in a 17g.
