NC12 dimensions

Does anyone know the dimensions of the actual tank and/or sump of the nanocube12? The jbj page gives the total dimensions, but I was wondering what the actual capacity of the tank is (and could use the dimensions to calculate it).

I ask because I'd heard the actual capacity is less than 12g, so I'm curious what it really is. Also, is the display purported to be 12g, or is the total supposed to be the display AND the sump?

I've heard people say it holds more like 8 gallons. I have one, and I know it doesn't take 12 to fill it, but I haven't ever made an exact measurement.
