Nano tank Idea

What do you think of this setup?, do you think I could culture enough pods for a mandarin to thrive? any opinions of the design?

Design is fine. On the mandarin and I have had them, you need and established, really established, refugium. I have thousands of pods in my 55g and one mandarin is all I ever housed. It ddi very well until it jumped one day. I would not go below a 55g for a mandarin.

you really do need a LARGE refugium to keep a Mandarin... they will deplete all your pods in a couple of days and then will slowly starve
