Nano Questions about creatures

I have a new JBJ Nano Cube. It seems to be doing well. I have 2 green Crabs in there and they seem to eat algae all the time. I'm not sure that there will be enough in there to feed them. He's on the left side in the picture.

Are they good inhabitants for a nano reef? I also have an anchor coral that I'm not sure is well suited.

I would be careful of the crabs. Most nano forums seem to suggest that crabs, outside of hermits, tend to be opportunistic eaters and more aggressive with age. They may go after fish with time.

I have an emerald crab in my 11 gal. i think he has really helped keep my tank clean and he is just really fun to watch.

I thought i lost him when i saw a limp crab skeleton on the substrate of my tank... but b/f i even had a chance to get it out the emerald reappeared and my girlfriend and i were very relieved. He had just molted or shedded its exo-layer. For about a week his shell looked polished and really deep green, really pretty.

I only have one, i think two may be one too many for a nano especially a new tank. I would trade one and keep one if i were you. Good Luck, JB
