My new 12g AQUAPOD

I set up my new tank on sunday night, and these are the pics from lastnight after the sand settled. I am new to nano-keeping, but not to reef tanks. I have had a 72BF reef tank that is currently torn down and dry, just haven't set it back up after the last move. (granted I have been out of the hobby for 2 years now )

Contents:

Aquapod 12 gallon
stock lights 2x27w 50/50
moonlight leds
16lbs LR
10lbs dry ocean sand
Fission skimmer(not running until cycle is complete)
2lbs LR rubble in section 2 of back(looking into lighting for macro in the future)
bag of carbon in section 3 of back
replaced stock pump with maxijet-1200
50w titanium heater

Livestock wish list:

* maroon gold stripe hosting in rose buble(taking my friends rose buble that split)

* Scooter Blenny(would lke to get a pair if I can find them)

* Clean up crew(undecided on what excactly)

* Corals: I will start out with shrooms and work my way up from there.

I just dont have enough of a bio load built up to skimm..I bought my rock straight out of my LFS's coral tank(light went out, so there were no corals and I talked him out of it so I'm not expecting a huge spike for my cycle.

I love the amount of flow with the MJ1200. I do need to put a Y connector on it so it dispurses the water a little more.....very quick and easy mod! took all but 20 seconds.

Thanks Chris!

My water is looking to be ready for my first inhabitance shortly. This will be my shortest cycle ever!! I got all the rock out of a pre-existing reef tank, so die off was very minimal.

SG 1.025
PH 8.2
alk high
amonia 0 (down from .25)
Nitrite 0
Nitrate 0(down from 10)
temp 79.4
have not tested calcium yet(sailfert test kit is missing a piece)

Let me know what ya guys think
