Moving Everything to a new tank.

Ok so currently I have a 5.5 gallon nano tank. When I first did the tank i put a false wall on the side, with some baffles and a return pump, but I am current planning to get a new 5.5 with new sand. I know I can just pull the sillycone off of the current tank but I would just rather transfer to a new tank. Then pull out the old stuff and use the old tank for something else. But now for my question.
When I do the transfer, I plan to get new caribsea arganite sand to replace my sandbed, and transfer my LR over to the new tank. And i will probably use some of the old tank water too, along with new ASW. Does anyone thing that i will have any issues with a mini cycle as long as i keep the amount of time the LR is out of the water to a minimum?

If you're transferring all that rock that's in the pic, you shouldn't have any problems. If you're putting it in a new tank with a new substrate, the amount of time the rock is out of the water should be almost nill.

Do you have any really delicate critters? If not, it should be fine.
