Lost Cleaner Shrimp

Before dinner my cleaner shrimp was out and moving around. After dinner it was lating on the bottom ans appeared to be dead. I touch him and he didn't move then or now. All chemical levels are good. The only other fish in the tank is a sixline wrasse and a watchman gobe. Any Thoughts??????

It is always sad to here that a shrimp has passed. I will make a toast to finest creature in the universe. What are the exact chemicals you tested. How about copper.
