Lighting/cooling question

I would like to use my bio cube for my sea horses but the temp gets too hot. I do not need the intense lighting and I need to drop the temp. Is there any way to do this by just switching light bulbs or using less light?

Blowing on the surface of the water. Does the bio have an open top?

Fans blowing anywhere will help really, in or out or on the water or not. At least it's moving the air somewhere. There are a numer of fan threads you can search on the subject.
