AZoo makes the palm lights in 2 different sizes. These are small clip on PC lights specifically made for the aquarium industry.

I also think you can get a tube style light from Lowes that has a 6500k bulb in it. Many people use these for refugium lights cause they are really cheap. I think they are called Book Worm Lights or something like that. You could probably do a search on NR.com to find the exact name and specs on these.

Hey skilter, I got stuck with a the blue colored one that was on the shelf. turns out that it is cracked and so when returning it for a replacement I would like to get the grey/silver one but store says that is a discontinued color. have you seen grey/silver ones where you got yours?

well i got my AZOO light off of www.thatfishplace.com and i dont know about them being disscontinued, i do know that i ordered the RED one and i recieved hot pink... haha. As to the skilter, i used to have one, in order for it to work right, u have to do a mod. i which u have an air stone (the wood ones) down into your intake tube so it can recieve extra air, so that it can skim correctly... i think skilter's are great when u are using a smaller aquarium... and u are strapped for cash.
