light for 5gl

What light would use use on a 5gl tank? Also while im asking what filter would you use?

well of course you should retro fit a 400watt metal halide duh
jkjk but i think a mini compact florecent (if its 18" long) a t5 fixture

I dont really think you have too many options. JBJ Viper MH clamp on pendants are cheap, usually under $150. Other than that, Id use the plastic hood that came with it, and screw in the mogul style CF bulbs.
