JBJ Pump Upgrade Anyone?

Anyone replace the output pump in a 12g JBJ. If so what pump did you use....I just got one and the pump is very weak. It has about a 12" lift to reach the tank...Thanks...Anthony

Great flow yes, even turned all the way down...I haven't tried it all the way up yet though.
