Ideas for a 10 galon

My son wants me to set up a fish tank in his room. I have this little 10 galon tank and I have been toying with the idea of using it for a Nano. I need as much advice as I can get on the best type of filter, light combination to use on it. What can I do with it?

I don't normally direct people to other sites, but there are nano buildoffs going on at nano.com and reefmonkey.com that have people doing nano tanks in a competition. You might enjoy seeing what others are doing tht way. Browse through the threads here and get ideas also.

For lighting I say go with 96 watt quad PC; you can keep almost anything under it.
