How long should my lights be on?

I have a 4 gal tank with a coral reef light 36watts. Around 3-4 pounds live rock, live sand, some polyps, feather dusters and a clown.

One light 2-18 watt 50/50s


Another q. should i have anything in my hang on filter. No pad no bio balls nothing. Crushed coral?

Which is it?1 or two bulbs?sounds like two.in that case do the daylight.my day lights are on 10hr and my Actinics are on a hr before and a our after the 10K are on.And my moons are on when actinic are off. As to the filter just flow!
