Finnex M-Tank

My lfs fust got the 22 and 33 gal m-tanks in. Does anyone know any thing about these tanks. Some have a fuge built in. You have your choice between t-5s and hqi lighting. Are these good tanks if so what light does every one recomend. I have been waiting for them to get biocubes in and now these so up. With the t-5s and the built in fuge with fuge light is only about 90 bucks more than the biocube and is a 33 vs a 29. Please help what should i do?

The LFS i used to work at has carried them for years, they are great little compact tanks.

The one with the 150hqi and PC/T-5 are perfect....the skimmer actually works too, dont know to much about the one with the fuge's in there though.

I have the 30g version with the refuge, skimmer and T-5 lighting. I am in the process of setting it up right now. I have a 75g tank also and am using this one to slowly move my corals to another city where I will be moving. There are a fwe great threads about the tank. I have included them here.

I live in Rogers and there is a store there, that I usually go to. 90% of the time their tanks are in horrible shape, but it is close. I buy most of my equipment on-line or through other club members.

I have been to Oceans Devotion (sp?) and their tanks always look nice, but it is too far away for me to go for regular needs.

HarMar Pet Store in Roseville, has the best salt prices.

Savage. It is a nice store and you can find tons of nice things.

I bought the M-tank from canit0, right here in the forum. He bought it at Something Fishy (Bloomington), I think. David(canit0) never opened the box, so I got it new. I ordered the stand from www.premiumaquatics.com. They sell everything that Finnex makes. Plus, Finnex is located in Indiana, so stuff shows up fast.

They are also sending out a free Skimmer modification kit for owners, because the skimmer is loud and produces microbubbles.

Don't feel dumb. I have in the forums for a little while, but didnt' setup my first tank until March of 2006. This is a great group, with great people that can help a ton. Read all the books you can and read the forums.

Good luck and don't hesitate to ask me questions.
