Few Nano Questions

Hi Guys,
I have a 12g Nano, with 2x20w and 1x15w flourescents (1-50/50, 1-blue and 1 Daylight). It has been set up for about 4 months, but I finally got the lighting upgraded a few weeks ago. The tank is currently stocked with 1 pepermint shrimp (trying to take care of Aiptasia problem), 1 true percula clown, 1 neon damsel, 1 yellowhead sleeper gobie, 1 cladiella or colt coral, some mushroom polyps, a 2 inch sand bed, 20lbs of live rock, an urchin, and assorted snails and hermit crabs.

What other types of corals/polyps do you guys think will be able to do ok in this tank?

We bought some daisy polyps before the lighting upgrade (when it was only 1x15w) and they died off quickly. The problem I have is keeping my wife from buying what she wants despite what is good for the tank (hence the 3 fish!).

Also the hood that came with the tank had a small filter built in, and we use it for circulation, but have kept the foam in (nothing else). Is this ok?

Oh and one other thing, my sleeper gobie continually drops sand onto my LR and corals, I try and dust it off as much as I can, but it would be a daily job if I was dilligent, right now I do it weekly.

How much of a problem will this be?

I run all soft corals in my 24. Nothing that takes a lot of light.

3 fish in a 12? I have been told by a number of pretty seasoned reefers that would be the limit for my 24.

Not sure if 1.5 fish is possible but 3 could be pushing your luck.

well...if you keep up with the water changes, you could get away with three fish...but you may have algae problems down the road. Especially when the sleeper goby gets bigger. Well...about the sand and the goby...it can't be great for the corals, but if they're still open, then it probably isn't HORRIBLE...but I wouldn't say it is good. Maybe you should upgrade the sleeper goby to a few more shrimp..less bioload, not the sand problem...a happier tank in the long run. Those are good things, right?
