Brand New Nano! ! !!
Alright, the concrete has almost cured, and the overflow system for my aquaclear 110 works well with FW from curing the concrete. I used green dry foam (from a Michaels/JoAnn's type store), and covered it in a concrete/aragonite mix after shaping and siliconing it into the tank. I made an arch, and two shelves on the sides of the tank (For corals to grow off the sides). The overflow is a sheet of acrylic in the corner, with the aquaclear intake behind it...it works really well...I've got to add some slits for better flow, and it should be perfect. I'll post some plans/picks tomorrow. It is all in a 5.5 gallon AGA. I highly reccomend the foam/concrete combo for making cool shapes! It worked so well! Make sure you use DRY foam in case it isn't 100% sealed with the concrete...otherwise, this is a great way to add some interesting aquascape to a new tank!
