Let's see some picks! I ordered the aquapod nano 24 on Friday, and should get it sometime this week, so I'm anxious to see one that is just a couple weeks ahead of me!

Unfortunetly my sister is borrowing my camera, Ill get it asap.
The water is not as murkey as it was yesterday so maybe in aday or two it will be prestine, i rearanged my LR today i cant seem to figure out exactly how I want it, there are so many ways to have it, I got like two weeks to play with it untill I am going to purchase a clean up crew.
Ill post my paremeters as soon as I think the ammonia is going to start falling.

Would anyone reccomend purchasing some Cheato Algae and placing it in my right sump, the left sump will eventually house my MaxiJet 1200 pump (replacing stock pump with the 1200) and some LR rubble, my right sump will have 1 sponge, carbon filtration and possibly a protein skimmer if I really need one, I wanted to place the Algae in my sump because I wanted as much beneficial micro organisms in there as possible without having a Fuge.

I agree algae requires light to grow so it needs the light, I found them online for reasonable price, clamps on to the back of my aquapod, downfall is it has to be on 24/7 and I hope that doesnt take away from my blue leds at night.

That light does not have to be on 24/7,.. some people do that though becasue there sumps are under their tank and having the light on 24/7 doesn't disturb their tank. In your case I would put the cheto light on the same timer your Tank lighting is on.
In a tank that has no skimmer I would definitally have some sort of Cheto to help remove nutreants
Sounds like a fun tank! I'll be checking for pics.

I wouldn't rush things,.. some fun stuff happens just after the cycle if there are no preditors in there,.. like pods breading liek crazy and running all over the place.
It never hurts to wait,.. and if a cycle is barley over suddenly feeding the tank can shoot it back into a cycle again.

Hehe,.. I'm not sure how far along your cycle will be by then,.. It's impossable to tag a date on something like that,.. Your best bet is to keep testing, and be patiant (I know you hate hearing it,.. but it really is the best bet).

Right,.. that will happen,.. Give it some time and those readings will drop to 0, and nitrite will follow I wouldn't rush to stock the tank right when those levels bottom out though, I would give it some extra time.
