Catalina prefer cooler water So I'd advise against them and scooters are difficult to keep they have requirements similar to mandarins

I loved my frogspawn in my 24g but he out grew it (after stinging just about all the other corals in the tank I moved it to the 95g)

I have a frogspawn in my nine gallon. It's doing great. I plan on fragging it if it gets too big. (Which I did once already, and placed a head in the 30 gallon.) Same thing with my xiena... they will have to be fragged once they spread too much.
Kenny, that's a lot of fish for a 24 gallon. I would narrow it down to 5 fish total for the tank.
