15g Nano pic (full tank)

Thought I would post a pic of my nano. It is starting to look much better recently thanks to the Atlanta Reef Club! I have gotten more corals since I joined last month than I have in the last year!

Thats what we are here for. ANd more specifically that was one of the primary resons for starting up the Nano SIG. To get the Nano members tanks filled w/ corals for cheap.

Glad it's all working out and your tank is looking good.

And hey we'll have some great club merchandise for sale soon too.

that looks great, Sammy! Mine is a 29, so it's not really a nano, but shees, with all these huge ones around...

The lights are 2 x 36w PC 50/50's from Aquarium Hobbyist Supply. The lights have done me well.

The "orange stuff" in the upper right is zooanthid coral and the orange blob in the lower left is actually a red sponge.

Sammy, I can only say Wow. You can tell a "Happy Tank" when you see one.
My second thought or question:
What kind of camera did you use? I am probably the only Japanese person that can't take a picture to save his life.

Thanks cath and ray for the kind words!

My camera is an Olympus Camedia C-3040. I got it in sort of a trade deal. I also use a tripod when I take pics of my tanks. I can't ever hold the camera steady!

Dang I like the pics. I have an Olympus Camedia C3000 but the tripod must make the difference.

ray you can try holding your breath when taking the picture w/ the camera. it will help you keep your hand steady. also you might want to change the shutter speed and increase your external light. if you are photographing in low light your shutter speed will be set to stay open longer thus you get the blur.

Hey Cath --- many people consider a 29 a Nano --- and hey we don't discriminate either way.
