I don't have experience with that particular ballast. The pc ballast and bulbs I've been using on my 20gal hex for 3 years now come from AH Supply

13 watt kits

They have been great and I would highly recommend them.

FYI, I placed an order at ahsupply.com for the 2x13w Bright Kit (21301), 2 Bulbs, and extra Pop-In Vent Covers at 12:05PM today and received an email at 12:47PM saying everything had shipped! That is service! Total, including S&H: $31.97 -- woohoo!
