12g JBJ Nanocube maintenance regimen

For those of you that would call your JBJ 12 a success, I'm interested to know what your routine is. Feeding, cleaning, water changes, additives, etc. Preferably, I'd like to hear from people who've had their tank > 8 -12 mos.

I like these tanks and was sort of trying to get an idea of how much time folks are putting into them. I hear they don't evap much, so the evap can basically handled during the weekly water change. With it all tightly enclosed like this, are there any problems with temps in the summer?
