12 gl JBJ Nano Cube Power Issue

I've had a 12 gal JBJ Nano Cube for about 2 years and have only had to change the lights once. I have the lights connected to a timer on a surge protector. When I returned home from a weekend away, neither the lights or the fans are working. The pump is still working fine.

I haven't noticed anything out of place or corroded on the cube. I did not buy my replacement bulbs from JBJ but wonder if that would have anything to do with it. Any comments would be greatly appreciated as my corals are really missing the light!

Try resetting the surge protector. Most of them have a reset button either on the side or top of them. Some reset the protector by simply turning them off and back on. With the lights and fan both not working, it indicates the surge protector. Plug a lamp or something into the wall to make sure you have electricity there. Then, if you do, plug the lights directly into the wall to see if it works. Same with the fan. That will help you narrow down where the issue is.
