My first!!!!!!!
I love clams!! My wife kind of gets the creeps when she goes near the tank. She says that the Max looks like the plant on Little Shop of Horrers. I get a kick out of her saying that. ANYWAY.... I have had this 1st grade Max for about 6 months now and I 've found the closer to the top the happier he gets. I got him from Marine Fish in Marietta ,GA. Great clams at resonsible prices. I LOVE CLAMS!!! Let me know what you think. Sorry my camara sucks.

The clams also photographed a bit bluer than they are in 'real life'... the ultra is a bit more on the purple side, and the first grade clam is also... I guess my camera decided that they needed to be 'bluer' so it was nice enough to automagically change the white balance for me...
I definitely need a new camera... once I get my Visa paid up.

David,
Those images make me smile. Am also so VERY happy when my babies make it without problems. Those are awesome images.
The first one you posted, would love to have that picture if you can do it in high resolution/sharp. Will look good in the manuscript that I am working on. Certainly give you photo credit.
Barry

Hey David! Very nice pics and awesome looking clams! Will you be able to pull yourself away from your tank to read your thread or do we have to wait until next week!

That sounds cool Barry... the image isn't the greatest since I had to take it with a cheap digital camera without the flash, but I'll see what I can do and I'll send it to you.
If you decide to use it then that'll be up to you.
Thanks for the great clams... they were both happy and open within a few minutes of being in the tank.
